Cancellation policy in India (Inbound and Domestic clients) :­

Bookings cancelled before 60 days from date of travel. 10% of total tour cost will be deducted.

­ Booking cancelled between 59-45 days, from date of travel, 20% of total tour cost.

­ Booking cancelled between 44-30 days from date of travel, 30% of total tour cost.

­ Booking cancelled between 29-15 days from date of travel, 40% of total tour cost.

­ Booking cancelled between 14-7 days from date of travel, 50% of total tour cost.

­ Booking cancelled in less then 7 days, there will be no refund.

­ Flight and train tickets cancellation will be as per flight or train cancellation policy.

Note :-

5% service charges and any bank charges will not be refunded in any case, if booking cancelled any time after confirmation of arrangements.

Refund Policy :­

Any refund will be processed only after 15 days after receiving the written cancellation request.

Cancellation, Booking Changes, Replacements and Name Changes:-

Cancellation through the guest. You can cancel your contract at any time before the date of travel. As means of proof, cancellations should be made in writing. Your cancellation notice is effective upon receipt Star Cruises or by your travel agent. Should you cancel your booking or not commence the holiday, Star Cruises reserves the right to levy charges for made travel provisions and expenses incurred. When calculating the charges, Star Cruises takes into account the services saved and the possible other use of the services. Star Cruises may claim cancellation fees expressed as a percentage of the travel fare according the amount of notice given between cancellation date and departure date, as listed below.

Cancellation fees per person:

Up to 60 days before departure date 100, - EUR

59-30 days before departure date 10% of the travel fare*

29-22 days before departure date 25% of the travel fare*

21-15 days before departure date 50% of the travel fare*

14 days and less before departure 75% of the travel fare*

On day of sailing 90% of the travel fare*

Minimum 100,-EUR

Cancellation through Star Cruises

In case the minimum required number guests stated in the brochure for a booked and confirmed travel is not reached, Star Cruises is entitled to withdraw from the travel contract by submitting a statement latest two weeks before the departure date. If at an earlier point of time it is obvious that the minimum number of guests cannot be reached, Star Cruises will contact you immediately.
